Puppy price does NOT include shipping cost, crate, or crate accessories and these costs are the responsibility of the Buyer(s) Shipping costs are APPROXIMATELY Three Hundred Dollars (includes airfare - UP TO 50 lbs, including kennel (w/major airline within the continental United States) - a kennel and veterinarian's health certificate). We require the payment of a non-refundable deposit of Four Hundred Dollars. This Alaskan malamute is sold as a Family companion on a limited registration. This puppy must be spayed or neutered by the buyer's veterinarian with written proof from their veterinarian given to the seller within six months from the date of purchase If this puppy has not been already spayed or neutered. That will be added to the price of your puppy. Payments or deposits from the buyer(s) are non-refundable once they have been received by Lone Star Alaskan Malamutes. Seller(s) will not give a refund of cash value to the Buyer(s) for any Reason unless we choose not to sell you a puppy. At any time lone star Alaskan malamutes has the right to withdraw at any time before shipment or pickup of puppy. And lone star Alaskan malamutes will give the full refund if we choose not to sell a puppy to you no matter what or why and without explanation. This Alaskan malamute is sold in AS IS condition, with no warranties, either expressed or implied, and no guarantee other than that stated in our Health Guarantee. Any discrepancies or disagreements with regards to this document must be filed with a court of law in the State of Texas and the County of Hopkins. Buyer will be responsible for all legal expenses incurred by Lone star Alaskan malamutes in any case filed by the buyer that is ruled in the favor of Lone star Alaskan malamutes.
